Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $125.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Spring & Summer : Rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday during these seasons Policy, Rules, Guidelines are listed on our web site. Cancellation Policy: a 60 day cancellation policy and a $125 cancellation fee fee plus all credit card fees are in effect. Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded all monies less the $125 , credit card fees. All reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit all monies paid.
