The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed, soaking tub, separate shower, and private balcony. Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms include one king and one queen bed, sharing a full bath. One of these rooms also features access to a private front-facing balcony. The lower level is perfect for larger groups or families, offering two additional bedrooms. One includes a queen bed & bunk beds, a full bath, and direct backyard access. The second lower-level bedroom features a queen bed, private full bath, and its own outdoor access. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the home boasts a large deck with a grill, a game area complete with a pool table and Pac-Man arcade system with 140 games, a wet bar, and two full-size refrigerators/freezers. Expansive windows throughout the home provide plenty of natural light and stunning views. Additional features include Smart TVs with internet-based service and high-speed AT&T Wi-Fi (up to 25 Mbps). Please note: A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings. Exterior security cameras are in use for added safety. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $125.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
