Pelican Landing offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has plenty of room to roam for the entire family. The Master suite offers a King size bed with private bath, flat screen t.v., and is located upstairs. It has 2 separate balconies with views of the sound & Gulf. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are very spacious and are located on the main floor. Each has a its own slider door to the front and back decks. They offer queen size beds, flat screen t.v's, and share the 2nd bath in the main hall. As you enter the main door , this house has an open concept kitchen and family room. The kitchen has been updated with new stainless appliances, and painted cabinets to blend with the beach decor throughout the entire house. The family room is spacious with vaulted ceilings and offers 2 couches, and 2 recliners which provides plenty of seating for the entire family. You will not have any trouble viewing the 50 inch flat screen t.v . centrally located over the fireplace from any location . The dining room is just a step away from the kitchen and family room . The front and back decks span the entire length of the house. The front deck has beautiful views of the sound. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a cookout while relaxing on the huge back deck.
